A healthy seven discerns between choices and chooses quality over quantity. Instead of over-indulging, a healthy seven looks at their options and waits. They enjoy solitude and thrive from looking inward.

The idea of stepping stones across a river represents being grounded and choosing a path. A healthy seven will trust themselves and choose a direction. Stepping stones also make me think of bouncing and jumping and skipping rocks. And a river can also represent solitude and quiet, which is equally important for a seven.
