spring beauty favorites

Well, today's the day. My last day at my 9-5 job. I've cried once already today and I have a feeling I'll cry again at some point tonight. I didn't think I would, but it's absolutely crazy and overwhelming to finally be here - about to do my dream job. At the age of 25. I'm just blown away. And so thankful.

Since we've been on a roll this week with spring fun, I'd love to share with you my favorite beauty products right now that are wonderful for spring! Be sure to let me know what yours are, too, in the comment section!

Revlon Felt Tip Eyeliner

This is the best eyeliner I've ever used. The felt tip is incredible for creating a perfect straight light and for doing those cat eyes that we all love so much. I typically start at the outer corner of my eye and work in - I've found that this creates a more symmetrical line on both eyes and this way, I don't end up way out towards my eyebrow at the end of it.

Naked 2 Eyeshadow Palette

Ever since college, Urban Decay has been my eyeshadow of choice. Mainly because they have absolutely beautiful colors and they stay on really well (especially when paired with a primer). In college, I loved playing around with all the colors of the rainbow, but since then I've calmed down a bit so the Naked palettes are perfect for me. I absolutely love the gold, brown, and neutral tones!

Bare Minerals Bronzer Kit

So, let's talk Bare Minerals. This stuff is incredible. If fantasy stories were real, I'd say Bare Minerals was made from fairies and waterfalls. I love how their makeup covers without adding 10 extra pounds. This bronzer kit is a new product for Bare Minerals. They've combined their READY bronzer with a luminizer to give you the perfect sun-kissed glow for summer. And, with the kit you also get a brush and lip balm. And the lip balm is wonderful! It's a beautiful shade of mauve and honey that looks great with the bronzer.

Bare Minerals Well Rested Eye Concealer

My favorite under eye concealer. I don't know about you, but I always have blueish circles under my eyes. And, with all the pollen and lovely spring allergies right now, those blueish circles are even worse. I use a little bit of this concealer and "poof!" they're gone. I also love how well it does to cover blemishes and other spots.

Crabtree and Evelyn Hand Therapy

Oh, goodness. YUM. Crabtree has been a good friend of mine ever since my Mom would have it in the kitchen drawer and I would use a little every now and then. I don't know what they do to their hand creams, but they make you feel like you should ow Fabergé. This tarocco orange with eucalyptus sage is the bomb. Especially great for spring and summer!

Lavender Shampoo

I'm not typically a big shampoo snob. I will work with whatever is in our shower - whether that be Garnier, Herbal Essence, or even Axe. It doesn't matter to me. However, when I found this organic lavender shampoo at Publix, it rocked my world, and my hair. I've been growing my hair out and after using this shampoo, I've noticed a difference in the silkiness of my hair and also in how much faster it's growing! I also love how the lavender oil leaves a slight scent throughout the day in my hair that's not too strong, but just enough for me not to put on any perfume.

Coconut Oil

Okay. You may have heard about all the miracles that coconut oil can perform. I'm here to tell you that they are ALL TRUE. Seriously, though. I now use coconut oil for almost everything. (Check out the list someone made for 52 uses for this stuff) But, the main thing I love using coconut oil for is my skin. Every night before bed and every morning, I get a dime sized amount on my hands and rub it all over my face. Not only does it do wonders for my complexion, but it keeps my skin radiant and smooth! In the morning, it acts almost like a makeup primer. I put it on, wait 10 minutes and then apply my powder and makeup and I've noticed my makeup stays on much longer because of it.

Selena Gomez Glitter Nail Polish & Revlon Top Speed Peachy Nail Polish

I'm in love with gold glitter nail polish. Especially paired with coral or peachy tones, it looks so beautiful for spring and summer! This Selena Gomez glitter polish is my favorite because it has different sized sparkles and they have a good consistency. You don't have to apply 5 coats to get 10 sparkles on your nail. Just one coat, and you're good! I also love Revlon's Top Speed nail polish because it has an extra top coat in it to make it last so much longer!

Thanks for letting me share my favorite products with you! What are yours?
