Savannah and I went out to take outfit photos today and it seemed we had a few things going against us - one of them being that our camera battery died. So, this is what happens when your camera dies and you have to use your iPhone to take outfit photos. :)

For the longest time, I've been very fearful of lipstick. I absolutely love playing with makeup, but because of the shape of my lips, I've never quite been a fan of lipstick. So I've just avoided it altogether. So, this weekend, I decided that I'm going to just stop being timid and try out a bunch of colors. Even if I don't feel quite comfortable in all of them, I'm going to spend the next few weeks being bold and trying new things. :) What are your thoughts about lipstick? Do you have a favorite color?

Speaking of trying new things, I've never been an animal print type of girl. But, I fell in love with this coat. It's perfect for me - just a slight touch of animal print showing. I love the camel color and it's made of a suede-like material that's super soft. I think it just might be my new favorite coat. Maybe trying new things isn't so bad after all...
