TALK ABOUT YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS
My accomplishments, eh?? Well, seeing as you know now that I'M PREGNANT - I can be real with you. Two weeks into this journey, we found out we were pregnant. Of course, it was too early to tell the world, so I had to modify my workout plan and obviously my goal of losing weight. I had to modify the Ab Ripper workout and weight lifting after researching and talking with my doctor and them telling me it wasn't a good idea to do. But, even after modifying my workout plan, I'm still extremely proud of how well I did - especially considering all of the 1st trimester sickness, fatigue, and general lack of energy I was experiencing. So, even though I didn't loose weight, I did accomplish my goal of getting into better shape and creating a habit of exercising that I know will help me throughout pregnancy and after I have my baby.
