let's make habits: week 7
WHAT YOU'VE LEARNED ABOUT YOURSELF
This journey has been different than what I thought in a lot of ways. It has inspired me to believe in myself and give myself more credit than I do. It has taught me to slow down and really take time to invest in things that matter. It has taught me to have more confidence in my body's ability to handle the things that come. Overall, I feel a sense of empowerment, of peace, and of pride - all the good kind. :) I've also learned that if I treat my body well, it will respond accordingly. Working out has also had a domino-type effect on my other habits - it's made me want to eat even healthier, cook dinner often, paint more, and spend more time journaling and being alone. It's been a very good season for me so far and I'm thoroughly enjoying learning the balance of creating healthy habits and living a slower-paced life.I would love to hear what you all have learned about yourselves through this experience! Was it a good experience for you? Do you think you would ever do it again?
