let's make habits: week 5
UPDATE
Well hello there! So, this week was a little rough. But what better week to have a rough week than this one since the theme for the week is pushing yourself through rough patches? Haha. I think mainly because last week I wasn't feeling so great, it kind of got me off. I still exercised this week, but not as often as I would have liked and not for as long as I would have liked.PUSHING YOURSELF THROUGH ROUGH PATCHES
Like I've said before, I think it's important to be realistic, but not give yourself a way out of doing the hard work. You need to push yourself even when you might not have done as well as you would have liked or you are just feeling uninspired. Ways that I am pushing myself through my rough patch?- Keep Yourself Inspired
Don't let the seeds of discouragement grow or set in. To do this, you need to keep yourself inspired - whether that be with your end result, the satisfaction of completing your goal, or reminding yourself of the reasons why you began this journey in the first place. - Keep Yourself Positive
Having a positive attitude changes everything in life, but especially helps during the rough patches to keep your head held high. - Keep Going
Don't give up just because you messed up a little or got a little off schedule. Keep going! Even if you don't do it well, just do it. You have plenty of time to refine your skills, right now you just want to form a habit, which takes consistency over time.
