birthday party fun
I had a wonderful birthday! Thank you for all of the well-wishes and sweet notes. The night before my birthday, some of the gals and I had a slumber party - full of yummy food, cupcakes, dancing, movies, painting nails, and a tent in the living room. I made this video so you could get a recap of the night's events. As you can see, it was full of a lot of crazy, girl fun. And I have some pretty awesome friends. :)
*Original music mashup is by Daniel Kim and can be found here. I apologize for the video quality - this was shot with my ipad mini and not my DSLR. The lighting wasn't the best either, but I wanted to capture the night anyways!
On my actual birthday, Drew and I went to eat lunch with his parents at Mimi's Cafe - Y-U-M. I had french toast (my favorite!) and we had some good laughs. Afterwards, Drew and I walked around the mall and I picked out a few special things for my birthday - including THIS awesome stuff from LUSH.
After buying out Lush, we went home and ate pot roast, dyed my hair with the henna (I'll show you a picture later - it's a very slight change), watched some of our favorite TV shows, danced to Frank Sinatra, and called it a night. I can't wait to try out all my new products and let you know how they work!
