One Day Home

It's easy to say I have a lot of ideas for the house I will one day own (hopefully!). I feel like I'm constantly dreaming of decorating that house and, because of it, struggling to focus on decorating my small little apartment. However, lately, I've been thinking about how fun it would be to move to the middle of downtown Atlanta into a loft -- an even smaller space than what I have now! Haha. I must be insane.

Here are a few pictures I thought were beautiful and very clever on how to decorate a small space. Enjoy!

Use shelves as a desk.

Apartment gardening 101. Take a crate and put your favorite vegetables in it vertically.

Take out the doors of a hallway closet and turn into a office space.

Make a dividing wall for your bedroom -- and then add fancy wallpaper.

Utilize a small wall space by decorating with a collage of fancy vintage plates.

Add magnetic boards to the wall for easy storage.

Don't have room to hang pots and pans? Be creative!

Make the ceilings look taller by continuing the headboard upwards.

Make your small loft bedroom super fancy and romantic with white lights.

What have you done to make your small apartment functional and cute?
