Shipping & Fulfillment

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are fulfilled in 3-5 business days. If your order will be delayed, I will notify you as soon as possible via email. Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a tracking number via email.

Large canvas prints (over 16x20) take an additional 5 business days to produce and poster prints take an additional 3 days.

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders ship from Powder Springs, Georgia via UPS or USPS First-Class or Priority Mail, with an expected delivery date of 2-5 business days from date of shipment.  A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships.


International Shipping

I currently offer USPS First-Class International shipping for international orders anywhere in the world with an expected delivery date of 2-4 weeks from date of shipment. I am not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or delays incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.


Returns

Easy Returns & Exchanges

I take great pride in providing you with high quality products. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can send back the unopened product(s) within 14 days of receipt and I will be happy to refund you for the merchandise cost. After 14 days have passed I cannot replace or refund your purchase.  Please note that all sale items, custom or personalized products, digital downloads,  and original artworks are final-sale, and cannot be returned.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.  Products must be shipped with all of their original shipment packaging, including cardboard backing, to be eligible for a refund. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Before returning your item please send me an email at hello@jennyhighsmith.com referencing your order number, and giving me a brief description as to why you are making the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for your item. Once your items are received, and your return is approved the merchandise cost will be credited back to your credit card or original method of payment.

Damaged Products

Oh no! I try my best to pad and ship things in a way that prevents breakage or bending of any kind, but if your order arrives damaged, please take a photo (so I can contact USPS) and email me immediately. I will be sure to send out a new product to you as soon as possible.


Commissions

Do you take commissions?

I am not taking commissions at this time but once I do, I will announce it on Instagram and my email list.


Framing

How should i frame my artwork?

For canvas prints, there are several options for framing your prints. I wrote a post about it here.

For original artwork, I recommend taking it to a professional framer or getting a floater frame for the correct depth of the canvas. These are some of my favorite floater frames for canvases.
